El pasado martes el Intendente Marcelo Matzkin dio su primera conferencia de prensa como tal en lo que será, según anunció, una práctica mensual común durante su gestión. Esperemos que la misma tenga más continuidad que los vivos a través de las redes sociales. El primero fue el 12 de enero… el segundo nunca fue.
Y en dicha conferencia de prensa, realizada solo para periodistas diplomados y acreditados ante el Municipio como tal (nah, ¿te la creíste? Era joda, como siempre se eligió a quién invitar y a quién no y lo mismo que en algunos casos es bueno, en otros es malísimo), el Intendente tuvo una serie de inexactitudes en sus aseveraciones que generan preocupación sobre si la información que recibe de sus colaboradores es fidedigna.
Ya sabemos que el Intendente firma sin leer los Decretos, por lo tanto desconoce (guiño guiño) que funcionarios caffaristas hoy son funcionarios suyos. Él afirmó, en respuesta a la gacetilla de prensa publicada por Agustina Propato quien afirmó que su gestión ‘está llena de funcionarios de la gestión anterior’, algo que hemos denunciado en varias oportunidades, que no había ningún funcionario caffarista en su gobierno, que solo había personal de planta permanente que tuvo continuidad laboral. No es cierto.
Propato tiene razón.
Vea, Intendente, le voy a contar lo que sus funcionarios no le cuentan y lo hacen quedar como un pelele ante los zarateños. Tiene el beneficio que nadie repregunta ni cuestiona sus dichos, nadie lo incomoda, y en consecuencia lo que usted dice se toma como verdad revelada pero no es así.
Cuando tiempo atrás consultamos a su Director de Despacho y Seguimiento de Proyectos Especiales Lautaro Presenza (fua, titulazo… ¿qué proyectos especiales siguió en los primeros 6 meses de gobierno?) por los Directores de Aguas de Zárate S.A.P.E.M., Presenza informó lo siguiente: ‘Directores: Fernando César Carbone, nombrado por Decreto 1207/23, María Angelica Correa, nombrada por Decreto 1378/23 y Marcelo Heiz nombrado por Decreto 336/22, que continuará en su mandato. El Sindicato de Obras Sanitarias de la Provincia de Buenos Aires es socio poseedor del 10% del capital social y le corresponde nombrar un Director, pero a la fecha desde el Departamento Ejecutivo no tenemos presente dicha designación, por lo que se encuentra vacante. ¿A qué se deberá que si nombraron dos Directores removiendo a los anteriores no removieron a Marcelo Heiz? ¿Por qué Heiz ‘continuará en su mandato’? Ya nos hemos referido a él, ¿por qué Marcelo Matzkin mantiene como representante a un procesado por la Justicia?
Quizás nos diga que Heiz no es funcionario suyo, no compartimos esa postura, pero seguro esgrimirá argumentos legales, por lo que podemos seguir buscando, total ejemplos sobran.
¿Qué puede decir de su Secretario de Economía Cristian Mazzola? Pasó por varios puestos del gobierno de Osvaldo Cáffaro, y fue usted quien le açeptó la renuncia como tal.
Le dejo en el haber el detalle de haber aceptado la renuncia a partir del 9 de diciembre cuando Mazzola renunció a partir del 10 de diciembre, pero lo curioso es que antes de aceptarle la renuncia, usted ya lo había nombrado como su Secretario.
¿Mazzola no era funcionario caffarista y ahora es funcionario suyo?
¿Y Julio Belando? Cierto es que él renunció unos meses atrás después de haber permitido y tolerado con su silencio cómplice todo lo hecho durante muchos años de gobierno de Osvaldo Cáffaro, pero, ¿el período sin ser funcionario limpia su currículum? Difícil imaginarlo, Belando fue parte, entre otras cosas, de la organización faraónica del último Festival de Tango del caffarismo, y aún no dio explicaciones al respecto pese a que tanto usted, como algunos de sus esbirros, lo utilizaron oportunamente como caballito de batalla para ‘criticar’ al gobierno anterior.
Cierto es que en junio de 2023 Belando había renunciado como asesor del Intendente Cáffaro…
Pero hasta el final de su gobierno fue su representante en Zárate Transporte S.A.P.E.M. ¿Por qué estaba Belando en esta S.A.P.E.M.? ¿Por su expertise en la materia o por ser persona de confianza del entonces Intendente? Que cada uno saque sus propias conclusiones.
Usted lo nombró como parte de su funcionariado apenas asumió…
Pero usted dice que no hay funcionarios caffaristas en su gobierno. Usted miente, Intendente.
¿Sigue afirmando que no tiene funcionarios caffarista en su gabinete, Intendente? Hay más.
Guillermo Sokol pasó por varias posiciones durante el gobierno de Osvaldo Cáffaro, la última como Subsecretario de Planificación Estratégica de la Salud, en la que estuvo hasta el 9 de diciembre pasado.
Pocos días después usted lo nombró en su gobierno.
Usted Intendente firmó dos decretos con el mismo número, para la misma persona, para dos puestos diferentes… ¡y publicaron los dos!, aunque justo es decir, no lo hicieron en simultáneo. Publicaron uno, y después lo reemplazaron por otro. Cometieron un delito, y ni siquiera pidieron perdón. Son impresentables.
¿Todos ellos son planta permanente del Municipio? Ojo la respuesta que le crece la nariz.
Y una duda más, ¿es cierto que el Hospital Intermedio Municipal Dr. René Favaloro tiene guardia pediátrica las 24 horas del día toda la semana? ¿Seguro? Averigüe bien… no vaya a ser cosa que en esto también le haya errado en el vizcachazo. ¿Sabe que en el Hospital Intermedio Municipal Dr. René Favaloro ya no hay morgue? ¿Sabe que el dormitorio para las guardias lo armaron donde supo estar la cámara mortuoria? ¿Sabe que los médicos dicen que no van a volver hasta que no les den lo que les prometieron porque no les pometieron dormir en la morgue? ¿Sabe que según ellos una noche tuvieron la visita de algún alma?
Pregunto por que parece desconoder muchas cosas, aunque si hay algo que quedó claro después de su conferencia de prensa, es que desconoce la realidad de lo que ocurre en el Municipio (hay otros muchos ejemplos más que los que hoy compartimos), y recibe mala información de su limitado equipo, quizá porque al llegar al gobierno sin un trabajo conjunto previo se preocupen más por la supervivencia personal que por la tarea compartida.
