Corría abril de 2020 y mientras muchos eran cómplices de Osvaldo Cáffaro, algo de l que no se arrepintieron y ni siquiera disculparon, nosotros denunciábamos el accionar del gobierno municipal, cuestiones de fondo, como la falsificación de la información de los casos de COVID-19 y posteriormente el vacunatorio VIP, como de forma, como ‘robaban’ trabajos ajenos para adaptarlos a la realidad local.
Ya lo decía Pato, ‘la innovación está en un cajón del escritorio’, y el tiempo se empecina en darle la razón una y otra vez.
Pasó el tiempo y quienes ahora ‘roban’ trabajo ajeno son quienes forman parte del equipo de gobierno de Marcelo Matzkin. Sí, hasta en eso se parecen.
El 21 de noviembre pasado el Municipio publicó su ‘Guía para la Detección y Abordaje de Violencias por Razones de Género a partir de la Red Territorial’ que no es más que la copia adaptada de la ‘Guía de Actuación frente a la Violencia Machista’ publicada por la Delegación del Gobierno contra la Violencia de Género española… los liberales copiando de los socialistas.
Veamos la segunda página de cada uno de los documentos… cualquier similitud no es una mera coincidencia.
¿En qué consistió la adaptación? En argentinizar la redacción, en colocar violencia de género donde dice violencia machista y en cambiar los números telefónicos por los locales.
Sin embargo se equivocaron.
La conjugación de verbos, la utilización de ciertas palabras, todo expone que es una copia zarateñizada, como la que había hecho Cáffaro.
Pero hay una serie de cuestiones que le hacen perder credibilidad.
El caso español habla de violencia machista, mientras que el local habla de violencia de género, sin embargo hubo dos sitios de la guía donde olvidaron cambiarlo.
Fundamentalmente lo que expone es que se trata de una puesta en escena y no una política trabajada.
¿Por qué? Porque si volvés a las primeras imágenes vas a ver que el caso español menciona violencia machista y el caso zarateño violencia de género, por eso en el caso local se agregó ‘o persona del colectivo LGTBIQ+’ al texto original, sin embargo en el desarrollo de la guía solo se mencionan los casos de violencia contra las mujeres. ¿Por qué? Porque la guía que publicó el Municipio es una guía contra la violencia machista contra las mujeres, aunque pretendieron copiar, pegar y adecuar… pero no procuraron pensar.
La responsable de esta publicación es la Directora General de Derechos, Género y Familia María de la Paz Reniboldi, quien cobra $ 1.659.764,39 mensuales para, entre otras cosas, copiar y pegar textos ajenos… sin siquiera mencionar la fuente. Es decir cobra $ 1.659.764,39 mensuales por plagiar. Es decir cobra $ 1.659.764,39 mensuales para ‘robar’ trabajo ajeno.
Contactamos a su Jefe, el Secretario de la Secretaría inexistente Iván Gómez Gerez, para alertarlo de la situación pero no respondió a nuestro mensaje. Quizás ahora, con la publicación, haga algo.
Hace un tiempo lo dijimos en relación a la gestión del concejal de la UCR Norberto Toncovich y hoy tenemos que repetirlo respecto al accionar del gobierno municipal respecto al plagio de trabajos.
Con Cáffaro, la innovación estaba en un cajón del escritorio… ajeno, con Matzkin también.
