    Que Matzkin dé la cara

    En su conferencia de prensa, realizada ayer, el Intendente Marcelo Matzkin afirmó, consultado sobre si Zárate era una sociedad violenta, que ‘fuimos pagamos la consecuencia de una noticia que no pasó en Zárate, donde sí hubo involucrados de Zárate, me refiero a lo de Villa Gesell, lo de los rugbiers, creo que en esa conducta, en esa imagen negativa sí fue responsable la gestión municipal anterior en no querer hablar del tema, en ocultar. Si bien no era responsable de nada porque no había pasado en el Municipio, pero sí hay que hablar de las cosas, entonces hoy tenemos que luchar contra una imagen que no es que lo que se muestra en noticias esporádicas, no es lo que pasa, somos un Municipio que, nosotros por vivirlo, lo vivimos y no es el lejano oeste esto. Lejos estamos de ser un municipio de los más inseguros, estamos lejos de ser un municipio de los más inseguros, lo que tenemos que hacer es que Zárate sea noticia por otras cosas y ahí tampoco nos sirve la política de queremos vender noticias lindas o mentirosas, bueno mostremos lo bueno que somos y cuando pasa algo malo también demos la cara, eso nos va a llevar a mostrar de que no somos el lejano oeste sino que somos un Municipio que les pasa cosas buenas y malas’.

    Es interesante lo que plantea el Intendente porque en Zárate pasa de todo y no siempre se da la cara, de hecho el Intendente no da la cara por lo que ocurre en el Municipio. Si así fuera, debiera explicar lo que ocurrió el pasado 3 de agosto en pleno centro de la ciudad de Zárate, que sí involucra al Municipio, a algunos de sus funcionarios y a algunos de sus empleados… aunque curiosamente estos videos el Intendente no los encontró.

    ¿Qué sabe Marcelo Matzkin de la golpiza que sufrió un joven en la noche zarateña aquel día?

    ¿Qué sabe Marcelo Matzkin de la denuncia que la víctima realizó en los Juzgados de La Plata?

    ¿Qué sabe Marcelo Matzkin de la denuncia que, con posterioridad, radicó su Director General de DPU y Monitoreo Alejandro Ferreyra en el Juzgado de Zárate Campana?

    ¿Qué sabe Marcelo Matzkin de los agentes de la DPU cesanteados tras este hecho?

    ¿Qué sabe Marcelo Matzkin de las sanciones impuestas a empleados municipales tras estos hechos?

    ¿Qué sabe Marcelo Matzkin de los videos que atestiguan lo que aquí escribimos?

    Dijo Marcelo Matzkin que ‘cuando pasa algo malo también demos la cara’ pero ayer no la dio.

    Cierto es que nadie lo consultó sobre la cuestión, como tampoco lo consultaron de por qué le mintió a los zarateños cuando dijo ‘Hoy después de un gran trabajo de la Policía con la colaboración del COZ se capturó el principal imputado del homicidio de Franco y su cómplice. Esperemos que la Justicia dé la pena máxima.’, algo que hoy a la pasada se desdijo reconociendo que el sospechoso se había entregado, pero bien podría haber explicado la situación sin que nadie lo consultara.

    Dijo Matzkin que cuando fue asesinado Fernando Báez Sosa y se comenzó a hablar negativamente de Zárate ‘en esa imagen negativa sí fue responsable la gestión municipal anterior en no querer hablar del tema, en ocultar’, sin embargo en esta oportunidad Matzkin no habló del tema y al respecto hay solo dos opciones posibles.

    O Matzkin no sabe del tema, y en consecuencia sus propios funcionarios le niegan la realidad, o Matzkin la sabe y la esconde. Al mismo estilo de como actuaba Osvaldo Cáffaro.

    Si nosotros lo sabemos, descontamos que Matzkin lo sabe… y eligió callar. Como calló con la designación de la cuñada de Ignacio Suárez Ogallar en la Secretaría de Protección Ciudadana que comanda Juan Manuel Iglesias.

    Eligió no dar la cara. Eligió hacer lo mismo que hacía Cáffaro. Una vez más. En un tema más.

    Si eso esperaba el Intendente de su antecesor, mucho más debe ponerlo en práctica él, ya que, a diferencia del caso de Báez Sosa, estarían involucrados empleados municipales.

    Pero Matkin eligió no hablar.

    Matzkin eligió callar.

    Matzkin tiene que dar la cara.

    Y el tema no es si Zárate es más o menos inseguro que otros Municipios, la cuestión es si Zárate es lo seguro que los zarateños quieren y merecen y si es lo seguro que prometieron en la campaña electoral.
