Lo contamos ayer, en un giro copernicano en relación a sus propuestas de campaña, en su última conferencia de prensa Matzkin afirmó ‘yo con respecto al tema de seguridad, más allá de que continúa, obviamente, habiendo hechos delictivos… Yo estoy conforme con lo que viene haciendo Juan Manuel Iglesias en la secretaría de seguridad porque estamos conteniendo una situación social que no es fácil. Repito, al vecino que le robaron va a decir no tiene éxito la política porque a mí me robaron, también recordemos que el municipio da prevención, no da la seguridad en sí porque no tenemos el poder de policía’.
Pero ¿la realidad es tal como dice el Intendente? Veamos el caso de la Unidad Sanitaria del Barrio Covepam.
El martes al llegar los trabajadores a la Unidad Sanitaria se encontraron con que no había gas. ¿Se había roto algo? ¿Lo habían cortado? No, se habían robado los cables de cobre de la conexión.
El miércoles, ya se habían robado el medidor de gas también.
El viernes lo que no había era luz. Un paciente, conociendo lo que había pasado días atrás por ser del barrio, dijo en tono de broma ‘se habrán robado los cables’. Y la broma terminó siendo cierto, y las vacunas las tuvieron que trasladar al Hospital Intermedio Municipal Dr. René Favaloro porque la Unidad Sanitaria no tenía luz, obviamente tampoco tiene un sistema de emergencia para tales situaciones, y no tendría por un buen rato, porque efectivamente se habían robado los cables.
Dicen que continúa habiendo ilícitos cuando en realidad aumentaron. Dicen que contienen la situación social cuando en realidad la maquillan. Dicen que no hacen más porque no tienen más plata pero le dan $ 53.200.000 a Zárate Basket para que juegue en la Liga Nacional.
Dijeron ser el cambio, lo que no avisaron fue que el cambio era peor.
La Secretaría de Salud no logra cohesionar acciones con sus pares de Protección Ciudadana para garantizar la seguridad de sus instalaciones, ¿qué le queda a los vecinos? Cierto es que en el gobierno de Matzkin no hay privilegiados, les roban a todos… a todos los que no tienen seguridad privada en el barrio en el que residen, por ejemplo el Intendente y otros varios actores de la política local.
Ayer en la Unidad Sanitaria de Barrio Covepam no se vacunó. A las múltiples prestaciones que ya no se prestan en el barrio, ayer sumaron esta.
El intríngulis ahora es saber qué ocurrirá el fin de semana. De los 5 días hábiles, en la Unidad Sanitaria robaron 3. ¿Nos enteraremos el lunes de un nuevo robo? ¿Estarán esperando un nuevo robo? ¿Patrullarán de manera especial dadas las circunstancias? ¿Hay que esperar situaciones como estas para que las autoridades hagan lo que se debe hacer?
¿Qué más están esperando?
Las autoridades municipales nos hablan de futuro, pero como dijera Inodoro Pereyra, ‘Difícil pensar en el futuro cuando el presente está tan presente’.
