Tiempo atrás contamos que el politólogo Andrés Malamud contó que cada vez más la gente se rige por la ‘teoría del metro cuadrado’, que viene a decir que lo único que importa es el metro cuadrado que nos rodea. Ya no importa la solidaridad ni el preocuparse por las cuestiones generales, mucho menos por las cuestiones del otro, lo único que importa es lo que pasa en el metro cuadrado a nuestro alrededor, y esta es una realidad que se puede palpar a diario.
El gobierno municipal aplica este criterio desde su arribo al poder procurando mostrarle a todos los vecinos que están haciendo algo por ellos, ya sea porque se repara el centro de la ciudad cabecera del Distrito, donde casi todos tienen que ir con frecuencia, como también porque poco a poco se va ampliando el área de intervención, y entonces están quienes ven las obras en su barrio y quienes esperan su turno.
Es algo que está fríamente calculado, pero ¿está pensado que lo que se haga sea efectivo o solo se procura la efectividad de poder presentar la obra para que esta quede en el inconsciente colectivo?
El Secretario de Obras, Mantenimiento y Servicios Públicos Sergio Agostinelli resumió el accionar del Municipio afirmando ‘La gente creía que le hacían asfalto, pero en realidad fue pavimento electoral’ y agrega que a las calles zarateñas ‘hay que hacerle el tratamiento que se debe hacer para que la gente en realidad tenga el asfalto que quiere tener. Tenemos que hacer este tipo de obra con fondos propios, cuesta esfuerzo, pero cuando hacemos una cosa la hacemos para que dure lo que tenga que durar, y no es un remiendo’, pero ¿lo que hace Agostinelli va en línea con lo que pregona?
Haciendo una rápida mirada a las obras pareciera que sí…
Pero cuando uno mira detalladamente ve que no…
Esto es la calle Dorrego esquina Pasaje Tucumán, en el Barrio de Fox al decir de Juan Manuel Iglesias. Durante dos semanas estuvo cerrada al tránsito y a poco de habilitarla se rompió… ¿o ya estaba rota?
Si se rompió justo al lado del remiendo, ¿se rompió por el remiendo? Están reparando las calles ¿o se aprovechan de la nobleza de los vecinos?
Esperemos no sea así y en realidad sea solo una coincidencia, aunque se repiten con mucha asiduidad los reclamos de los vecinos que mencionan que los ‘arreglos’ dejaron las calles peor que antes.
En cualquier caso, si vuelven a hacer lo que queda por hacer, podrían además pedirle a ENTRE que recoja la basura, al fin de cuentas ya le extendieron la concesión y están camino a un negociado fenomenal…
Dijo Agostinelli ‘Estamos juntando el dinero para poder seguir haciendo estas obras estructurales que las hacemos a fondo y no a modo de parches. Eso es lo que tiene que tener en cuenta el vecino que camina ve el tipo de obra que estamos haciendo’, más bien parece que siguen el concepto de Malamud, y pretenden mostrarle a cada vecino que están haciendo algo en su metro cuadrado… aunque no sea algo beneficioso para ellos, porque lo que les importa no es cambiar la vida de los vecinos sino cambiar la propia, y mostrarlo en las redes sociales como que hacen cosas por todos…
Lo tienen fríamente calculado.
