Finalmente el pasado lunes se conoció, por una publicación en X del Diputado Matías Ranzini la intervención del Intendente Marcelo Matzkin ‘en razón de haber sido convocado para representar al Partido de Zárate como expositor en el Consulting Meeting on “Sharing Experience on Communities Hosting Nuclear Facilities” organizado por la IAEA (Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica) que tendrá lugar en la ciudad de Viena, Austria los días 17 y 18 de septiembre de 2024.’, según consignó en el pedido de licencia que presentó en el Concejo Deliberante.
Ahora bien, como dijéramos hace unos días, seguimos sin saber de qué habló Matzkin en Viena, porque no hay un video con toda su exposición, lo publicado pareciera ser una respuesta a una consulta que tampoco se hizo pública, pero este pequeño video nos permite tener apenas una aproximación.
Es por ello que le solicitamos al Diputado Ranzini públicamente, apelando a su mensaje, una copia del mensaje que el Intendente le dio al mundo para poder compartirlo con el pueblo, pero el Diputado, que evidentemente tene acceso a esta información, la negó. ¿Por qué?
Mencionó ‘Búsquelo como yo en el YouTube de la IAEA’, lo cual es falso.. y Ranzini lo sabe. Estos videos no están disponibles en el canal público de la IAEA, pero en cualquier caso, si él ya accedió a la información, ¿por qué no compartirla? ¿Qué esconden?
Es por ello que compartimos con Ud., estimado lector, algunas de las dudas que nos generó esta breve filmación, ojalá públicamente den las explicaciones del caso.
Inicialmente hay que mencionar el grosero error en el que incurre el Intendente, puesto que las ciudades no tienen Centrales Nucleares en su territorio, de hecho según la propia documentación municipal (avalada por el INDEC) las Centrales de Atucha no están en Lima, aunque sí en el Partido de Zárate. Es innegable que la identificación de muchos de los limeños con las centrales nucleares es grande, pero la mención que hizo a los símbolos de la energía nuclear en la bandera de Lima también es extensible al escudo del Partido, aunque eso no lo mencionó. De hecho, la bandera de la ciudad de Lima, no involucra al terreno de las Centrales, aunque suene ‘más provechoso’ el hacer caso omiso a la realidad y prefiera sumergirse en el populismo liberal.
Mencionó también que había acordado con el operador de las Centrales, Nucleoeléctrica Argentina, infraestructura para Lima. Cabría agregar que es para Lima y Zárate y una anotación no menor, este acuerdo se alcanzó con otro Directorio de NA-SA S.A., ¿qué ocurrirá ahora de cara a su posible privatización? ¿Los posibles nuevos accionistas crgarán con el lastre de estos acuerdos?
Agregó que discutió la seguridad y el impacto ambiental de las Centrales. ¿Cuándo? ¿Dónde? ¿Con quien?¿En secreto? Esto resulta tan curioso como cuando dijo que ‘discutimos la seguridad y el impacto ambiental de las plantas nucleares, y votamos en el Concejo local.’ ¿En serio se dicutió eso? ¿Con qué especialistas? Difícil creer que puedan pasar de una mera Declaración. La política local no está realmente involucrada en la cuestión nuclear local.
¿Por qué muestran solo esos dos minutos y siete segundos o esa fue toda su exposición?
‘Reproduzca esta información, hágala circular por los medios a su alcance: a mano, a máquina, a mimeógrafo, oralmente. Mande copias a sus amigos: nueve de cada diez las estarán esperando. Millones quieren ser informados. El terror se basa en la incomunicación. Rompa el aislamiento. Vuelva a sentir la satisfacción moral de un acto de libertad. Derrote el terror. Haga circular esta información’.
