Como si fuera un juez de línea de fútbol, el pasado 10 de julio el concejal Walter Unrein (el mismo que dijo que no volvería a candidatearse y finalmente se candidateó para repetir otro mandato como concejal), levantó el banderín y paró el partido, aquel día presentó una nota pidiendo licencia, nota que dio inicio al Expediente 267/24 del Concejo Deliberante local.
El proyecto se incluyó en el Orden del Día de la 10ma. Sesión Pública Ordinaria que se desarrolló dos días después y, como era de suponer, fue aprobado.
Esto, que no es más que el proceder ordinario que sigue el Concejo Deliberante cada vez que un edil pide licencia, fue mucho más que eso, porque Unrein dejó en offside a los adversarios y, a diferencia del fútbol, también a sus compañeros, dejó en offside a todos, incluido su reemplazante. Llamativamente pasado un mes de este acto legal, el mismo aún no fue publicado en el Boletín Oficial Municipal.
¿A qué puede deberse esto? Quizás sea inutilidad de quien lo reemplazó, María Elena Gallea, que durante los 15 días que duró su gestión al frente del Concejo Deliberante solo firmó una convocatoria a sesión ordinaria, o quizás todo se deba a que el Concejo no funcionó mientras Unrein pidió licencia.
Hay que reconocer que fue el más prolijo, puesto que no cobró por el tiempo que no trabajó, algo que sí hicieron los restantes 20 concejales, entre ellos Ignacio Ramírez, quien lo reemplazó violando la ley y no participó de ninguna reunión de Comisión ni Sesión alguna, porque mientras ‘ejerció’ como concejal, el Concejo Deliberante no funcionó. Pero cobró religiosamente.
Todos los concejales, y toda la parafernalia de militantes rentados, cobraron la segunda quincena de julio como si la hubieran trabajado pero el Concejo Deliberante estuvo en receso. Una vergüenza.
