El pasado miércoles se publicó la Edición N°43 del Boletín Oficial Municipal con groseros errores que hacen dudar de la transparencia con la que se hacen las cosas.
En primer lugar se publicó el Decreto N° 2050/24 del Concejo Deliberante de fecha 12 de septiembre de 2024, pero el día anterior a esta publicación se había ‘subido’ al SIBOM la Edición N° 42 del Boletín Oficial donde había Resoluciones del Concejo Deliberante fechadas el 26 de septiembre. ¿Cómo es que no se publicó antes este Decreto? ¿Por qué lo escondieron? Poco serio.
Además, según se publicó desde la Subsecretaría de Asuntos Legales comandada por Axel Cantlon, el Decreto N° 2051/24 del Deliberativo se firmó el 26/10/2024… vienen del futuro. Impresentable.
Como impresentable es que el Decreto N° 2052/24, también del DDM, tenga una fecha anterior al Decreto que la antecede. Según se consignó, se firmó el 24/09/2024.
¿Por qué juegan así con la publicación de lo que debiera ser sumamente transparente?
¿Son conscientes que se trata de normas legales que rigen la vida en sociedad?
¿Por qué si dicen que les interesa la transparencia en los procedimientos actúan de manera tan contrapuesta?
Porque la realidad es que no quieren hacerlo, es tan solo una puesta en escena para ‘hacer como qué…’
Se trata solo de una máscara, la realidad va por otro lado.
Propusieron hacer las cosas bien, las están haciendo mal.
Es hora de corregir.
